This is a great vehicle for a young family. We have enough room for small children, plus all the cargo we have to hall around with them! In addition, since it is a smaller SUV it is great for parking and easy to handle. It is a really sturdy vehicle though. The only aspect I would change is to make the doors a bit more solid. They are safe, but very light and sometimes you have to really slam them to get them to click. Overall though, a great purchase for us!

This small SUV has been perfect for me and my new son. My husband has his man truck and I have my cute little "truck". I would recommend the Ford Escape to any potential vehicle buyer who is looking for a small SUV.

We love this smaller SUV. It handles great, the gas mileage is second to none when it comes to SUVs. For our family of 5, our Ford Escape, is a perfect car and would highly recommend it to anyone who needs a quality made car!

Interior could use less plastic - needs padded arm rests/door panels. Overall a fun vehicle to drive. Gas mileage is decent. The only problem I've had in 7000 miles is a faulty wiper arm.

I bought the escape in 2001 when they first came out and I have about 120,000 miles 0n it and, I do about 1000 miles per week and it still run's like new. This is one of the best cars I have ever had. i really havent had any trouble with it only minor things. I would recommend this small SUV to anybody who want's a reliable car.
