I work for visiting nurses and am on the go.This car is fantastic! I am averaging 58 MPH. The stereo is super! The car handles well and is very safe. I love the navigation and bluetooth works so well as Ioften need to speak on the road its perfect. I had a Lincoln before so I cannot really compare comfort as my Lincoln was the best but as a lefty I like the location of the buttons and its not bad for comfort .Visibility excellent. Feels much bigger inside due to panoramic glass roof and rent windows. This car was perfect choice for me.

No spare

Not only does Ford NOT provide you with a spare tire. They make it very difficult to buy one on your own. There is little information on the internet and nothing in the owner s manual. They have no information on use of a carjack etc. They make too much money selling you tire insurance, to help you get a spare tire. And I am sorry but waiting 90 minutes for AAA to come and tow your car to repair shop just doesn't seem as easy a just changing a spare tire and being on your way in 15 minutes.

I love this car. Really easy to get in and out of. Don’t hit my head on the door frame like some other cars. My grandson also prefers this csr. He is 6’3” and finds it very comfortable. Has plenty of pickup and a smooth ride.

I WAS A FOOL TO LEASE A SECOND ONE

I leased a 2013 C-Max and had loads of problems with the electronics. The advertised gas mileage when I purchase it had to be revised twice. The only good things that I could say about the C-Max is it had good power for a hybrid and it had good cargo capacity. Ford never fixed the electronics problems and they have not contacted me again about a fix the problem with the rear doors popping open. Driving in Florida I have been getting about 42-43 mpg on fill ups. That is better than the EPA estimate.

The dashboard is not flush with the windshield. First it was the driver's side they replaced the "pillar" then the right side was sliding forward so they replaced the "pillar" on the right side along with several other problem the pillars that go above the drivers side and passenger side windows in the front seats were bulging they replaced those also the plastic that the seat belt is encased in they replaced that also the weather stripping around drivers side door they replaced that. After all is said and done the DASH BOARD IS SLIDING FORWARD ON BOTH SIDES, THEY NOW CLAIM IT IS PART OF THE DESIGN ??? If that was the case why were they trying to fix it?? One last thing somebody stole my magnet off my car "Support our Troops" when all is said and done that upsets more than everything else !!
