Hemi Dodge
not a bad truck could be a little better than 9 MPG on the Hemi
Warranty doesn't cover using your truck
I'm a careful driver, haven't made an insurance claim on a vehicle in 15 years. Unfortunately, if you get stuck in a snow bank and try to get out acording to the 'freeing a stuck vehicle' section of your owner's manual, heeding all listed cautions, and something(like the front differential and driveshaft) it's not covered under your warranty. That $2500 deductible sure hurts.

2004 at 7000 Miles
The truck has plenty of power and the ride is consistent with the 2500 style. Diesel fuel economy is slowly improving but still not good in town. Price wars in 2005 have reduced my trade-in value more than expected. The 4WD with limited slip differential provides plenty of pulling capability in rough road conditions.
First Diesel
My first diesel and I'm loving it already. Got about 20mpg on the first tank. Tons of room and power.

Ford is the only thing that comes close but, you're gonna pay more for less if you take that route. The Dodge's interior is better that the others and the ride and power is unmatched.
