Quick and stable
At 94000 miles only negative is faulty dash light warning for Air bag and for tire pressure, both of which were incorrect. Typical for all government required computer warnings.

Great Vehicle
I've had my Nitro just over a month now, I love the car, I have had no problems with it, It drives great, gas mileage is on low side. Really a fun car to drive.

Get a Nitro!
I've had SUVs for years and this is my favorite. I researched and drove a lot of SUVs before purchasing and overall, the Nitro just fits what I like perfectly. It looks great inside and out, it's unique, functional, it's comfortable, and fun to be in and drive. Mine is fully loaded, which makes it even better.
Great SUV if maintained
Not produced anymore. This SUV was built on a Liberty Chassis. I have 180k on it and the front end needed prop shafts at about 125k. I think the SUV is comparable with most others in its class. I also put both front struts in and upper control arms. I feel this is normal for the mileage. So if you are buying and older Nitro have a mechanic check the front end. Remember its got a stiff suspension not like some other Suvs.

mistake ?
Brand new only 700 miles, vibration at 65 mph, could be a tire or balancing, fuel economy is worse than i thought it would be, 14 mpg last tank with about 10 miles of 4wd. I like the looks and didn't notice any issues during my test drive but I am beginning to wonder if it was the right choice. Beware
