I was looking for a small economical, fast, good looking car. I read about it on magazines and saw it @ the LA Auto Show, I felt like I already owned one before I bought one. It was exactly what I hoped for the first time I drove it. For a little 4 banger it's really fast, the 5th day I had it I was waiting at a red light, next to me was a mustang cobra...Yup a cobra! Guess who won by 5 whole cars, YUP ME! left the mustang smoking... NO LIE! you can see the video on U tube.

I saw this car years ago on a lot. I've never seen one since until I finally bought a 2008 SRT4 Caliber last year. And its been an absolute thrill to drive! It goes like a bat out of hell...stops very quick with those monster front brakes. I love the way it handles. Nice and firm. Has a great feel in the steering wheel. I love taking it through the twisties on the highway to Kelowna. Sticks like glue on those 225/45/19 performance tires. The interior is great. Not sure where all the bs is coming from about a cheap interior. Looks the same to me as any other car in that price range. The SRT seats are very comfortable and hold you in very well. The 6 spd Getrag trans shifts great and the engine builds great power. The car is great on every level. I think it's the best bang for your buck out there.
