No Car, No rental or loaner, No ETA to fix

My 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Hybrid has been at dealer service department for approximately 4 weeks of the four months since delivery. Latest is a red warning light which says "Hybrid Electrical Service Required". Dealer says it needs new transmission and those are backordered indefinitely. Does anyone know if those transmissions are even being produced? Dealer doesn't provide loaners or rental, and Chrysler Cares won't reimburse rentals until service is completed - but there is no ETA from dealer on when transmission will arrive and so no estimate on service completion. So - No Car / No Rental / No ETA to resolve. Not happy.

Max Value in a Mini Van Plug-in Hybrid!

So some people have had nothing good to say, but that is not me. Being in Texas I have enjoyed spending near $40.00 dollars a YEAR in gasoline and since a new law passed in Texas costing full EV cars $200.00 dollars a year to register the Plug-in Hybrid is exempt from such a fee. No other Hybrid has the space to haul people or things around in comfort it has all the bells & whistles you could want and owning one since 2019 it has served me well with little or no cost to repair, it did have a few recalls that the dealer took care to upgrade in a timely manner making it even better to own! there will always be nay-Sayers but not I as it is the best all around Mini van to drive in all weather, and yes we see snow in Texas just not more than a few days a year. I have changed out the tires with Run-Flat type to make it even better and got an adapter to use Tesla charging stations when on the road plus added a charger that I plug into the electric dryer plug in my utility room since my dryer is gas with a long enough cable to reach when I park it in my garage, at a much reduced price than adding a 220 Volt charger in my garage which has saved me a great deal of money to add extra stars to my review so I get a MAX value out of this Mini Van.Plus all the people who ask me about it and love the deep blue color with light tan interior.it is a head turner any where I go.

We love the hybrid. Rarely fill up. Fits three huge car seats. Great tech, comfort, acceleration, interior quality. Chrysler service has been great (but no loaners). No transmission issues at 25000. It’s a pleasure to drive. Fits drywall panels with tailgate closed.

I can plug in on Sunday and usually run my errands until Wednesday or Thursday without using a drop of gasoline. Smooth, quiet and the best looking vehicle in this segment. My tech runs circles around the Toyota Sienna which is an ugly blimp.
