Used 2001 Chevrolet S-10 Extended Cab Consumer Reviews
I love it!!
I have always wanted a truck, bought it used. When I first bought it...I had problems with Air Bag Light, brakes, and stearing. The dealership stood behind everything (it was all fixed). Since then I have no problems with it
"xtremely" awesome x dime
What can I say about this truck, it's simply the best vehicle I've ever bought! The 4.3 v6 is a pretty potent motor, with lots of power, and wicked tourqe. The styling cues of the Xtreme are just amazing. I've had my X for almost 5 years, and sure I've had some minor problems, but what vehicle doesn't. I've replaced the battery, the third door handle (twice), and have had the brakes done. And out of those 5 years I've drove every winter, at least 30 miles a day (highway) with no more than just a set of winter tires, and I hardly ever got stuck. Plus the best part of all: all the aftermarket parts available for it, so you can take it from a stocker to a shocker!

I love my ZR2
This truck is great. I have had it now for almost 9 months, and have no complaints. The ZR2 wide stance looks great. The V6 feels smooth and powerful. I searched out a bought a 5 speed because they are much more fun to drive, and get slightly better gas mileage. I may have to sell it though because I just found out we are having twins.
I work for GM so I didn't have a choice.
The more I drive it the more flaws I find in the interior. Interior plastic looks cheap. Intrument panel pieces have a different shade and grain. Door trim pieces DO NOT MATCH either. I hope I can sell this thing in a couple years and not lose too much money. Buy the extended warranty! V6 is powerful, but a gas hog. Even for a truck!
