Used 2011 Chevrolet Malibu LTZ 4dr Sedan (2.4L 4cyl 6A) Consumer Reviews
my 3.6 malibu ltz
very nice car, surprised at power and overall ride control, love the white diamond paint and the way it handles in ice and snow. Overall very nice car, and impressed wit it more everyday.
love this car with one huge disappointment
I love this car - looks, ride, quiet, comfort and I have had absolutely no problems. I currently have 14,000 miles on it and I have had it a year. My major disappointment comes when it comes to milage my overall average mpg on this car since new is 22 mpg overall (yes I have tracked every tank). I never speed and drive very casual and this is the first car EVER that I could not achieve the advertised mpg on. I got rid of a car that would do 27 mpg all day long on the highway and 23-24 city. This car gets under 20 in town and 27-28 hwy. I ask EVERYONE I see and they all say the same thing - anyone on here that says it will do any better does not know how to track milage. 4cyl
Another Classic Chevy !
Love at first sight, purchased my 2011 in 2013 with 36k on the odometer. Water pump failed in 2015. It is now 2023 and currently 119,300 miles on the odometer. This Malibu LTZ has a 3.6L vvt V6. This chevy has all the options and sunroof. I have always wanted what this car has become. A dream come true, a classic Chevrolet ! I love my Malibu. The model option on this page does not give a button for a 3.6L V6. That just confirms to me that this is a special car. Now where did i put those racing stripes?

Dangerous
Christmas of 2020 i bought a 2011 Ltz, with only 27,400 miles on it. The car is in mint condition inside and out, but the crazy thing i can't figure about this car is the handling. The body roll is so terrible i can if I try roll that sucker on its side going about 10 miles per hour. I have so far changed all struts and springs, and today, replace a tie rod and sway bar link to driver side. The knuckles were so bad I just can not understand how a car that has never been driven in 10 years can have this problem. The changes I have made so far has not diminished the body roll. I can easily rock the steering wheel right and left just a hairline and make this car feel like I'm on the ocean in the midst of tsunami. I will be taking her in for an alignment because of replacing tie rod, etc. I am convinced there is a bigger issue here with body roll. I will be taking it in for a full underbody inspection. Anyone who's experienced similar please, feel free to comment.
