It is what it is, and it's good for that

2005 Chevrolet Impala 4dr Sedan (3.4L 6cyl 4A)

It kills me that some people want or expect a Corvette out of this car. The Impala is a great car for its class. The engine is responsive but not overpowering, the exterior design is very nice, and the interior isn't bad, but could use some improvement. I have not attempted to blaze through s-turns at 130MPH, but I imagine that it won't do so well. So what? It's a full-size, 4-door sedan, not a Porsche. The sound system is good. It's pretty quiet compared to a Maxima or Taurus, although it's no Caddy in that department. Overall, it's a great value for its size and class!

Best Features

Surprisingly smooth ride, awesome price, and roomy inside (even in the back seats). I really love the exterior, especially with the alloy wheels and spoiler! 3.4L engine is perfect size for fuel economy. The price is really reasonable, and there's plenty of leg room!

Worst Features

Head room might be a bit small, but is adequate. Rear view mirror is pretty far down on the windshield, which takes a little getting used to. No glovebox light, no interior trunk latch, and seat controls are a little hard to reach when door is closed. Cup holders won't accomodate Biggie drink :-)
