Ho hum!
The car was good and in the midst of paying for it I am going six months + without being able to use it because the timing chain stretched and destroyed the head. Just very disappointing.
Near 100K and no problems
I’ve heard a lot about the L…which is what I purchased new 6 years ago. For me…it has plenty of power and good handling. Do your maintenance…this car has been “over maintained” and it has paid off. At 97K…this was one of the best cars I’ve ever owned!

My second in a row, Never done that b4
I had a 2011 AWD Equinox, that rusted and needed a timing chain 154k. I carry 250# load in the back daily. I like the backup camera, touch screen, heated seats, I know the menu and settings. Nice quiet ride, 4cyl L. I put 10k per year. I know how to do many maintenance items, oil change, brakes, AC recharge, yadda yadda. Am very happy with the price and looks. Got the Pearl coat, thought it was white?

Don’t buy this year if it has 2.4l
Worst vehicle I’ve ever owned. Had problems from day 1. Rear main blew at 70k. 14k to fix more than car was worth. Gm did not cover anything.

Worst vehicle I have ever owned
Trust the poor reviews. Wish I had done the research first. Due to the number of repairs my vehicle needed after 60,000 miles, I will never trust/buy a Chevy again. I have put over 10k into repairs. This car was maintained very well, overly well, and still nothing but engine problems.
Desapointing vehicle..!
This review is for a 2017 Equinox AWD. This is a true reflection of GM ways to make money, having a cheap design, cheap chinese manufacturing...the result: a total failure..!! this vehicle has 118 K miles on it, and the check engine has came up, with a VVT valve and time chain failures. Prior to it the turn signal light failed, that's pretty normal in any vehicle, the surprise here is that to replace it you have to remove the front grill completely, and the underneath panel. Stupid design for something that has to be replaced several time during vehicle lifetime...!!!, I'm done with it...!!
Summit white snowy
I loved this car. It took everything I did to it. Rode through some crazy weather. Still looks brand new. Dislikes seats are worn down. Parts are going now. It's old & lots of mileage. Time for a new one. It served me well.
Smooth
This SUV handle the road very smooth, even though I have not work all the accessories yet

Surprisingly Pleasant !!
I didn't want to look at the 2017 Equinox and my wife and son talked me into looking and test driving it... WOW.. Very surprised at the room , comfort, handling and most of all if all that was not good enough was the fuel mileage of 41.7 mpg on the highway.. I've had it 2 years and hate having to turn this lease back in next week.
