Excellent driving car. Had car for 4 1/2 months and it was in the shop for over 40 days on five visits. Car was declared a lemon. Will replace or get money back.

Great Car!!
I have never owned a BMW and this car is wonderful. Before i was going to buy a MB S430 but the dealer wasnt giving us any rebates. Then we went to see the BMW and we bought it immediately. The car is great to drive and the I-drive is easy after a while. Anyways, you dont use it that much since the the AC and Radio buttons are on the console and thats what you use more. Never had a car with navigation beleive it or not, it and its a big jump from nothing. The car does have a weird style especially in the outside and you get use to it and love it after a while. Also its an eye-catcher.
Lemon law? A class-action suit?
I first picked up my 745i on 10-08 and it has been out of service a total of 20 days as of 11-16. The problem?...I am on my FOURTH new 745i loaner and all these cars have been plagued with intermittent electronics! Intermittent - nav system, cell phone, trunk release, headrests going up without warning, dash reverting to metric, radio/CD, engine check light, no audio from phone/sound system... A great dealership, but they have been plagued with a lot of problem cars.
BMW 2 Months Old, In Shop 4 times
Don't expect BMW service to figure out the blank screen, or zero electronic activation after you put the keyfob into starter ignition. I now have 3 new sets of keyfobs, and a new processor, yet car was dead after a 3 day airport layover. Very familiar with BMW roadside assistance, they are good! $68,789.00 Mistake.
