Things l like Strong performance, Hatchback gives vast trunk space, excellent exterior design, a lot of safety assistance Things l don’t like 1, 20-inch wheel with 265/30/20R Tire is easily get damaged, l have changed three damaged tires during three months usage period 2, MPG is bad, l got 13.7mpg at 5800 miles combined, half is high way mileage 3, Wind and tire noise are noticeable on the highway

Found my wife's Audi S5 so terrific i replaced my Range Rover with an Audi SQ8. An SUV that drives like a sports car, and I have to really compliment the dealers. They are extremely responsive and much more customer oriented then most.

Had fun with my S5 cabrio for 15 days. Day 16 around 600miles transmission broke, barely made it home. Waiting for almost a week now to have it replaced. Regret about buying it, should have leased it instead.

Features that are standard on Japanese competitors are extra cost options on the Audi. Although the base price is attractive getting the S5 out the door makes it a very poor value proposition. On top of that the dealers do not want to discount this model therefore they sit on the lot. Looking elsewhere for better values.

Very comforable , smooth ride and great acceleration in comparison to its prrfoemance it’s cheaper than other luxury cars which has great leather sporty seats that make long rides more comfortable

My S5 Sportback depending of the drive setting, can go from slow as a Prius to fun to drive. The positives: smooth sounding V-6, ZF transmission shifts as aggressive or lazy as you desire, quiet interior from the outside noise and above average B&O sound system. Negatives: the ride is harsh on the 20’s, the interior has some rattles (annoying at this price point). One of the speakers blew in under 10,000 miles. Tech said this is a common problem for the B&O system. The surprises: Tire pressure gauges don’t tell you individual tires ( I can’t remember the last car I’ve owned that didn’t) and for such a tech driven brand, there is no auto start feature offered from the manufacturer. Absolutely ridiculous, especially living in the Midwest. It make the Audi app virtually useless. I heard this problem was corrected with 2024 models. I just can’t believe it took this long.

If you’re looking for a car that’s right in between track and everyday driving then this car will fill that niche. It has more than enough power to pass most cars on the road (and I live in NYC) without sacrificing comfort or space. I have the: S sport package, black optics, bang&olufsen, virtual cockpit, leather seats, carbon fiber inlays, cold weather package. Pros: -You’re able to drop the back seats to create more trunk space (perks of a hatch) -More than enough power to pass most vehicles on the road. This vehicle provides such smooth and strong acceleration that you won’t even realize you’re doing 70 until you look at the gauge. -It handles like it’s glued to the ground. When you turn the steering wheel, the car goes exactly where you want it to go. It’s pretty amazing seeing other people’s reaction to driving my car when it comes to this (shoutout to Quattro). -Audis virtual cockpit is ahead of the competition in terms of it being easy to use and not clustered. -amazing interior and exterior looks. The interior is filled with quality materials and I always get compliments on the aesthetics of the vehicle. Cons- -There is an annoying lag off the throttle. When you push the gas, there’s a 2-3 second delay before the power is delivered. This may have intentionally been left this way to leave a gap between the rs5 and this in terms of performance. Although the car has more than enough power, it’s still underpowered compared to the m340i and maybe even the c43. Getting rid of that throttle lag could have closed the gap a bit. -There is some rattling noises sometimes as you’re driving. -At a whopping 63k msrp you’d expect some basic things like heads up display, a 360 camera, or the interior lights package to be standard. Also, Audi needs to get with the times and provide a remote start option. BMW has it, what’s taking you so long?

1 year in... solid, quick, great audio system, good electronics, and more. For the money, it would be tough to beat this car. 2/23/2022: Purchased it new. Terrific car. Solid, good power, handles well for its weight, good electronics, excellent audio, comfortable, will easily accommodate 4 actual adults, and a couple of golf bags and push carts. Most fun I've had with a car since my 1993 rx7, and more practical.
