In less than 28 hours of ownership I got the "Electrical System: malfunction! Safely stop the vehicle" message. Brand new vehicle with 180 miles on the odometer. After some debate dealer gave me a refund and the lease agreement was canceled. There is a class action lawsuit for electric system defects and for vehicles Audi produced from 2018-2023 and 2024 Q4 55 etron.

Multi Media Interface quit working day 2. Over priced. Could have spent a lot less on the VW ID4 and received a bunch more safety options. App quit connecting to the car. If I could return I would

Great car with great handling and very efficient even for electric and great range, so far seeing over 320 miles range with 90% charge. Only negative, software as it’s infotainment is not very user friendly and its app on your cell phone is lacking. If software and app was better, would have been an excellent car.

I purchased a Q4 in 2023 and after only 3 months of ownership, the vehicle suddenly accelerated on its own and slammed into a cement wall. The brakes were non responsive and the air bags did not deploy. Audi is not very helpful and the general manager will not even return my calls. Disappointed and do not recommend. This vehicle is a public safety issue and should be recalled

Moving from a 2019 Hyundai Kona electric to a Q4 etron took a little getting used to, was looking for more regeneration and dealer neglected to mention the B driving mode which is exactly what I wanted. Interior storage is a bit strange, wish armrest console was larger. Range is pretty good overall. Size is great.
