Cute & Sporty
I love my car, it’s the best combination of cute and sporty. I love that it has all wheel drive and I can take it up the mountain, but I can also drive along the beach with my sunroof in my windows down. Perfect combination!

Disappointed from the Beginning
I upgraded from a Honda SUV to an Audi Q3 SUV. I was very excited but then disappointed with the mechanics and electrical issues that I started to have about 3 months into owning the brand new 2020 Q3. I feel maybe I got a Lemon. I love the overall size, style, interior and screen controls. I was okay with a 4 cylinder but after about 1 year it started to jerk going up hills or make more noise if I accelerated too fast. Here is a list of issues I have had over the last 3 years since I purchased new in 2020: - Skylight leak - confirmed manufacturer defect and replaced parts (within first month of owning car) - Screen display would never have the correct day or time. It would reset to something random every time the car was turned off. I was told a system updated needed to be fixed and it took them 8 months to update it. So for the first year I had incorrect day and time display. I use my car for work and several appointments it was very inconvenient that I couldn't connect my phone most of the time and the time and date display was always wrong. - Child lock Malfunction - had to replace all door locks and this has happened 3 x - Parking Brake activated by itself (very dangerous) - they said related to child lock malfunction - Alarm going off randomly - they said related to child lock malfunction has happened several times and repaired 3 x - Screen completely shuts off and goes into a "training" mode that only Audi can reprogram - USB outlet only connects phone about 50% of the time (started about 1 year in) No fix found yet by Audi. They replaced the outlet once - Purchased new tires from Audi, they forgot to replace the air valve caps

70K long term review of 2020 Q3
As a Long term Audi owner of many models, we are very satisfied with the Q3, which we have owned since new. It is the 45 Premium Plus model. The only repairs so far are new pads and rotors at 65K, and 2 new tires. Criticisms relate to CarPlay sometimes not connecting, and the ridiculous price Audi charges for Audi Connect. The sport seats are extremely comfortable and the build quality is excellent. I would like more feedback from the steering, but that goes for every Audi. I also miss heated steering wheel, dipping side mirrors, and seat memory. None are available.
nice ride
solid but a gas guzzler
