Good car to have at a starter entry level brand name vehicle. Be ready for minor issues here and there. Other then they it’s a nice drive.

Leaky roof

So disappointed with our new 2019 Audi q3. We had a 2009 a4 and loved it never had any problems. Loved the new q3 looks wise but along with said driving issues the car has, it also has a leaky roof that Audi will not do anything about! a quick google search shows you that multiple people have the same problem with the ceiling console leaking if it rains too much. Not only does it affect the dome lights it also drips right on to your phone plug ins. Best of all Audi will not do anything about it, a service rep straight up told me they could not do anything about it as I have already brought the car in to have it checked out and they “did what they could”. we had to fight tooth and nail to even get it in a second time not the type of service you would expect from Audi.

AUDI Q3 2020 45 TFSI quattro - no safe to drive

The car has/has had all kinds of problem, the most recent while driving the steering wheel gets locked and almost had an accident. Other problems: car stalls, engine gets turned off, air conditioning turns off, lane assist malfunction, had engine overhitting, gas pump damaged, clock does not hold time, mmi system not working properly, car keys battery needs to be change every month, It's been over a year and neither AUDI or dealership has done nothing to get me out of this vehicle. I leased this car at The Collection dealer in Coral Gables, Florida. Based on my experience neither AUDI or the dealer care about the safety of their customers.

So far this car is great. A bit expensive but you are buying an Audi. Seems well built and is very beautiful.

I actually have never been more disappointed with a new car . The driving experience is from a $20K car. The torque is supposed to be there with a Turbo4 but it isn't. Pedal has no feel and it was a waste to put an 8 speed trans in this thing. Step on the pedal and 1-2 and then 2-3 shift is sluggish and there is plenty of dead pedal. Slow down to take a turn and more dead pedal. Car should sense the throttle input ,quickly down shift the 8 speed trans and get going instead it just sits there putting along, very infuriating! I thought there might have been a learn mode in the trans but after 1k miles it is the same. Change the drive modes and select sport and just a tad better. We have a huge hill with a turn in it and car might as well just stop while figuring what gear it should be in and to get going up the hill. The tech is just a jumble of features on top of features, garbage. Leather seats fancy confusing tech on top of a $20K car and boom it is $43K but really it is a $20K with leather seats and fancy tech. Stay away.
