I upgraded from a 2020 VW GLI S to an Audi A4 premium 45 S-line . Here are my observations: 1: steering is lighter but more direct than the GLI 2: DSG 7-speed shifts faster in the Audi 3: everything seems to be built with a higher grade in the Audi. ( doors slam shut with authority) 4: interior is amazing in build / design / quality ( GLI has a good interior though ) 5: less body roll in the Audi. It corners flat. 6: engine is quieter ( not entirely a good thing) 7: excellent stereo in the Audi 8: GLI has much more interior storage & trunk storage. 9: Audi is faster but less dramatic about it 10: GLI has more observable oversteer ( this is good) Overall the Audi has been an excellent upgrade. 6 month update: AWD work’s excellent in hard winter. Heated steering wheel and seats are extra hot. 7500 miles in, zero issues to report. Good power and fuel economy. I am very satisfied with this car.

I previously purchased a 2021 A4 back in April of 21, drove it for 2 years and traded for a 2023 A4 in October. The reason for the trade was to upgrade from the 40 engine to the 45 s-line engine. The first Audi was great luxury/reliability wise but was missing that punch that i had from some other cars i have had in my lifetime. This is an absolutely great car but don’t make tge mistake of getting the 40 engine unless you have no interest in performance. The 45 variant is much more fun to drive not only because of the added power, but the 1 inch lowered sport suspension makes the car handle much better around corners. Finally, the sport seats that come with the 45 are nore comfortable and look better as well in my opinion. Marvelous car if you get the 45, a goid car if you get the 40.

Had a 2019 A4 lease. Did not have much problems but was not impressed with the reliability. I was going to get a Japanese car this year but the Audi dealer gave me a good deal on a new 2023 lease. The car broke down 3x in the course of two weeks. Literally the engine stopped working. They said it was something to do with a oil valve. Dealer said they fixed it but, nope it was a lemon and I had to fight them to take it back. They bought it back and gave me a new car. Now I am hearing thumps on the back right side in the tire. Horrible German engineering. Very disappointed. This is a brand new car with all sorts of problem. I hate driving it.

I purchased my Audi A4 premium plus S line cot, Quattro mid September 2023. When I test drove this vehicle, I was more than comfortable driving it excellent safety features. The mirrors were all position in the correct place along with safety Blindspot lights that come on on the side mirrors, which was awesome. I was so comfortable that there was no turning back. I upgraded from my Infiniti QX 50 which had a lot of safety issues that needed to be addressed a lot of blindsides, and it was dangerous. Headlights were terrible. I tried all the different driving speeds and the Audi A4 and it was an excellent luxury vehicle very classy. Very nice I purchased glacier white top of the line, all the bells and whistles. The sound system in this vehicle is amazing. Seats are very comfortable tons of safety features that you would have to test drive to realize what a great vehicle. This is I highly recommend it.
