Used 2020 Acura RDX Consumer Reviews
Shattering rear glass window
Love everything about the car until my rear glass window shattered out of no where!!! It is definitely a defect in the glass used - says due to “thermal stress” on the glass but I have never had this happen to any of my Acura in 20+yrs until now! Quality has gone down.
The Great Luxury SUV
This car is packed with luxury and technology. The exterior has a sleek classy shape. The engine has a lot of pep being a four cylinder turbo but will not win a Nascar race! The ride is smooth and very comfortable. A real winner!

Awesome Acura RDX
Purchased a 2020 Acura RDX from Flow Acura in Wilmington NC. Love the look of the vehicle both inside and outside as well as the glass ceiling. Beautiful styling. Impressive technology that is user friendly. Responds well to voice commands. The seats are heated and exceptionally comfortable and the interior is spacious and beautiful. It is an SUV that drives like a sports car. Really fun to drive. Excellent ride. Extremely happy with my purchase. No problems at all. Would buy it again.

Barely makes it as a mid tier crossover
Pros - Looks are great, SH-AWD is great, engine is great. Body is very solid with no creaks. That's where the good stuff ends.. Cons - Stereo sounds okay, infotainment system is a total joke, leather feels cheap and do not wear well. Noise insulation needs alot of work. Transmission is ridiculously slow for up/down shifts and has no business being paired to this motor; because of this the teeny shift paddles are more toys than tools. Same with all of the so called safety tech including the lane keep assist, it's a joke and I consider it more dangerous than useful in practice. End of the day, it can only be classified as a luxury vehicle if you are upgrading from something like a CRV, RAV4, or lesser . If anyone owns a Lexus RDX, BMW X series, Mercedes GLE, or Infinity QX series, moving to this thing would be a noticeable step down. I've had a dozens of cars, and I have to say, this is probably the only one that I really don't like driving. It's dissappointing really as I expected better from Acura. Update: Finally turned it in after lease expiration and must say it’s one of the happiest days of my life. After having to pay for 2 brake flushes that the check engine light said I needed, navigation cpu having to be replaced, and entire gas tank having to be replaced due to a bad valve that prevented refills, I’m done with this vehicle.

Nice vehicle
I love the comfort of the interior and the infotainment system. I like gadgets. Plus the styling is great. I wish it had more engine options, maybe a V6 would be nice.
