I've driven (and mostly loved) the 2019 version which, as the review notes, is identical to what is now offered for 2020. A longtime owner of Ford SUV's, the upgrade in style, features and performance has been nice--but badly tarnished IMHO by an epic fail. Despite repeated promises that "it's coming soon and will be available to all new-generation RDX owners," for more than a year since the August 2018 release of the new-generation 2019 RDX, Acura has STILL not delivered on its commitment to provide Android Auto in addition to Apply CarPlay which is offered. Worse, the automaker has remained silent and stonewalled owner inquiries as to WHEN the promise will be kept. That's an approach unworthy of a company that insists it offers superior quality and service--and charges commensurately. Statistics say most phone users have Android, not i-Phone, so why they treat Android users this way is a frustrating mystery. If you're in a state where it's not legal to hold a phone to your ear and don't want to fool with Bluetooth headsets when you get behind the wheel, this is an important shortcoming by Acura. And worse: if they haven't been honest, attentive and forthcoming about this, what else are they fudging?

Now that I have 1200 miles on my RDX I wanted to tell everyone that this is the best you can buy. I usually research for several months before I purchase, so months of reading and driving took place. This RDX is absolutely great to drive. Very comfortable seats and plenty of tech. Pickup is top notch and handling is very predictable. The worst part of ownership is getting it away from my wife so I can drive it.

Contrary to a lot of the reviews, I found the infotainment system very intuitive. Considering the average age of buyers, I do understand why some may have an issue with it but for me it’s so much safer to use since you barely have to take your eyes off the road. It looks stunning and handles really well. So far I’ve had zero issues and I will update if I find anything.
