I did my homework and found a fully loaded MCS w/ 23,000 miles at a Volvo dealership. My negotiations brought the price down and it’s in like new shape and truly fun to drive, and especially easy to park. I’ve had BMWs and Subarus in the past, liked them all, but the Mini is the right car for me at this advanced age. Shop carefully, find a low mileage basic or S model, and you’ll … enjoy it too! It’s now 2 years later. Other than two engine mount replacements $900, and routine maintenance it’s still the great car built in 2016. I’m getting older and the day will come when it’s too low to get in and out of, but not today…
