Beautiful car, drives nicely, lots of issues.
In Nov of 2021 I bought an XC60 recharge. Beautiful car, drove nicely, lots of issues. Dealer bought back three months later after 5 visits to the shop. 1 issue was related to mechanics…..a “driveline fault” related to the hybrid system. Maybe software related but unknown. Car would not drive more than 2 MPH. Self resolved two hours later. The cellular modem on the car failed 3-4 times causing the navigation system to freeze and “stick” in locations I had been at previously then after 5-10 days would randomly resolve. Also remote start worked less than 50% of the time when I owned. Also, the car routinely got less than 14 miles on the battery. Pros….drives nicely. Nice looking. Nice interior. Nice acceleration. Volvo customer service was not helpful at all. Dealer was awesome. Good chance this was largely a software issue. Car not ready for prime time. Disappointing.

Love my XC60
Chose the T8 hybrid - charging is easy, not fast, but easy. Have been able to get up to and over 1000 miles on one tank of gas, which for me is a win. Test drove Mercedes GLE, Audi (5,7&8), and Lexus and preferred the ride, power and feel of the Volvo. Factor in all the features and I’m a happy owner.

Truly, Madly, Deeply
I’m in love with this car. It’s gorgeous and it makes running errands feel more like a hobby than a chore.

Love this car
Awesome car, great comfort, performance & style
Very disappointing
The ride is rougher than my neighbors Ford Mustang. That should not happen in a "luxury" car. Definitely the dashboard, screen, etc is difficult to use and annoying. Also the build quality is average...nothing special.
