Used 2004 Volkswagen Phaeton Sedan Consumer Reviews
phaeton to the rescue
after 20 years of declining Benz quality and unable to stomach the cosmetics counter styling of thier interiors it is a godsend that VW has rescued car buyers from having to drive the class favorite of orthodontists and garmentos. After 8 months and 25000 miles I'm ready to order the wagon and coupe, if VW will just build them.
bentley for 70% off
i test drove a 12 cyclinder with after market wheels, rubber, and exhaust system in scottsdale... wow. this is a hand-made vehicle with bentley heritage for under $ 100.k the vw badges are round, so owners can easily replace them with round bentley badges, or customized with owners' names, or even "phaeton"... the best car i've ever been in... including bentleys and rolls'
Phaeton tops all other luxury cars!
I looked at Mercedes (S-Class), BMW (7 Series), Audi (A8), Range Rover and Lexus (LS400 series). As a fluke I was asked to look at the VW Phaeton. I thought, VW-no thanks. (Nothing wrong with VWs but not what I thought I wanted). Sat in it and was amazed at the incredible technology and comforts built in. Better intuitive Info Center (Navigation, Climate, Systems, Stereo, etc.) than any other lux car model. The seats are the most comfortable I've ever sat in-better than Volvo. The room is incredible. The car is handbuilt in Germany. The fit and finish blow away everything else. The ride is outstanding. Quiet? Dual paned glass through out. ABSOLUTELY THE BEST CAR!!!
Phaeton is a great deal!
I've had my Phaeton 10 days, and I love it! I was shopping for a 530i or an E320, but when I found I could get a Phaeton for the same money (with incentives) I jumped on it. I got a base model, but it still had all the features I wanted, and is the most comfortable car I've ever owned. It's no sports car, but it drives very well, and rides like a dream.
excellent
