Terrible experience. The salesperson was inexperienced. The manager (Kyle) was extremely aggressive and rude. When I told him I need time to think, he basically told me to beggar off and not waste their time. During the two hours I spent there, everything was very sketchy and opaque. They were trying stale roadside dealer tactics rather than engaging in a meaningful conversation about making a deal. Bad bad business, stay away! The people at Autobarn Mazda at Evanston were much more professional and helpful. I'm going to buy a Mazda from them.
