ST test drive

2020 Ford Explorer
Test drove an ST over the weekend back to back with a limited. The ST was much quicker and I preferred the ride and handling over the limited. The ST has enough power that I could see it being possible to overload the suspensions ability to cope with too much throttle. Overall the interior was nice but the fake carbon fiber is odd and has a raised texture. The vehicle was comfortable and … quiet over various road surfaces. The interior is very dark and if that bothers you I would recommend the sun roof. I am not positive that putting 400 pounds of glass on the roof will do anything for the handling though. I have driven all of the front drive based competition and I think if you are looking for a better handling and quicker SUB the ST is the way to go.
