The radio/PCM system failed to work soon after I purchased a 2016 Porsche Cayenne. The team at Auto Nation referred me to Prestige Imports to fix. Prestige concluded that a new PCM display system was needed and they also found a couple of other items on the vehicle that needed replacement and/or repair. Auto Nation could have told me to go through its Warranty Group, but decided to authorize the repairs on the spot and made payment to Prestige.
