My overall experience with the dealership and specifically, our salesperson, Louis Yacovetta, was outstanding. When we came to pick up the vehicle (MKX Black Label) we were running a little late and by the time we were done, it was well past closing time. Nonetheless, Louis still took the time to walk through the vehicle with my wife and I, sharing his vast knowledge (and I do mean VAST) with us. We later found out that we made Louis late for a personal commitment but we could never tell.
