I found at Hyundai of Bedford a competitively priced Audi S7 2018. So I called to see what if any issues the car had. I was assured that H of B only buys cars that are top quality. And they perform a ~100-point inspection to make sure. I was excited and drove 2.5 hours to see the car. Sounded like a gem. That changed the second I started the car. I received a series of car errors in succession. Spoiler malfunction, ACC and Audi braking guard unavailable, Front tire pressure low. The AC did not work properly and the air smelled heavy with nicotine. That's when i noticed ~6 cigarette burns on the console and one completely through the leather driver’s seat. The front bumper was cracked. That explains the Driver Assist (ACC) failure. Various undercarriage plastic guard pieces missing. The rear bumper had multiple dents. The passenger side mirror was shattered. Unusable. Generally, the car was very dirty and I found spit (dry) in the center glove box. Later I told the dealerships owner what i found. He said used cars have "character". Not the character I want to spend for $51,000. An insult and a wasted day. Seriously? I have photos of each point mentioned in this review.

North coast Auto Mall is by far the worst place you could possibly do business with. First off an extremely important thing you should know is 90% of their vehicles are structurally damaged and I know this because not only did one of their salesmen relay this information to me we also have one of these vehicles that we were just informed was severely damaged to the point it should have never been sold at a dealership in the first place and it is worthless essentially as a trade in and yet we paid an absurd amount they will inform you it had previous damage and you will receive a vague car fax they will promise is not an issue but later you will find out it was a worthless vehicle they bought at an auction block. They sold a potentially dangerous vehicle to a young family with babies they do not care about you they are there to make money off of you regardless of what happens to you later. If you get into an accident with a car that had previous structural damage the repairs could fail it could cost you your life. And if you need further reason not to do business with them call dealerships in the area call financial institutions we talked to many all telling us how horrible they are how they don’t know how they sleep at night and that they will refuse to let you bring in your own lender to finance.
