I could give this dealership a 0 then I would.  Only reason I would give it a 1 would be because of the awesome sales rep Jayson. Came from an hour and a half away to see a vehicle, we were assisted by the sales rep Jayson who was very professional and helpful. Decided to purchase the vehicle, got the out the door pricing, let them know that I already secured the financing thru my own bank. Had to leave due to a work meeting and spoke to one of the reps in financing and he advised that I could start the paperwork process and it would be ready by the time I would return in the evening to speed it up. Then that's when the nightmare started. When I returned in the evening (after driving an hour and a half again!) The process was supposed to resume. They requested a copy of my insurance information to make sure I had full coverage. However this time, instead of working with the same person in financing who was there earlier in the afternoon, we were met by the sales manager Lucas (who by the way gave me his card so that in his words I could "spell it right") Lucas then began to give us his explanation about how we could not drive away with the car because they needed to wait until their bank completely cleared the cashiers check from my bank and that they always do it this way. Uum as if this is my first time buying a car? I know that's a straight lie! Mind you, the car I was going to purchase was already considered used because the person it was originally sold to couldn't follow thru with the loan and had to return it after a few days and 500 miles later. (And that came directly from financing when they explained why the car was selling for the price it was.) When I said this, Lucas rudely said "well you were lied to!" Wow so now apart from being rude and unprofessional, you also want to put in question the integrity of not one but 2 of your coworkers including the financing reps?Doesn't give a good look to this dealership at all. He then proceeded to tell us that we didn't have to purchase from them. Well you are absolutely right about that! Do not waste your time even if you are local to this dealership because in Lucas' own words you don't need to purchase from them. Take your business elsewhere unless you are okay with wasting hours at a dealership who clearly doesn't want to sell a vehicle.

I've worked at car dealerships, and have bought from plenty over the years. My experience buying a 2017 Kia Sorento from Keyes Hyundai is how it should be done! I bought my car from Carlo, and he was great. I came in a couple times, and was hoping to get a newer Santa Fe, but was waiting for insurance money from my other Santa Fe getting totaled. Carlo certainly wanted me to commit on the spot (it's his job), but didn't really pressure me when I told him my situation. He also kept in touch with me over the following week, but it never felt like actual pressure. When I came back ready to buy, it turned out the 2019 Santa Fe was more than I wanted to spend. After a little prodding, he backed off, and then walked me around the lot, and found a slightly older Sorento (low miles, in great condition) that better fit my budget. We negotiated a price, after which he had the Sorento fully cleaned, and then he personally took it to the gas station to fill up the tank. Carlo went out of his way to make sure I left with the car I needed, and at a price I was comfortable with. I'll definitely be back when it's time to buy my next car!

Truly a terrible experience. Waited over an hour (after scheduling an appointment to see a specific car) before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally was able to meet with someone, but they had to bring the car over from another lot so I had to wait again. When the brought it was dirty, had hardly been cleaned, back seats were sticky. I was assured if I bought it would all be cleaned. Test drove the car, it was what I was looking for. So we went inside to discuss financing. We agreed on a price, they gave me a financing offer. All seemed well. Only issue was the car (a used Kia Soul) had Car Shield stickers placed on the doors to prevent scratching - despite the fact that the car was already scratched. Ed, the manager, said they couldn't take them off and added $500 for them. I decided to move forward anyway. Met with the financing person, she was very nice. Told me they were able to get me an even lower APR than Ed had told me before. Sounded great. We went over a few things and I signed all the papers, took the keys, and went to see my newly cleaned car. The car was cleaner, but left a lot to be desired. Oh well, I thought, it's over with and I've got what I came for. Later, when I looked over all my papers, I began to realize they changed everything from the offer I had agreed to. They raised the price of the car. Added on $1200 in accessories? What accessories? I have no idea. I was charged nearly $2000 over what we had agreed on - a lot extra on a $7700 car - not even including the car shield stickers. I'm very patient - I was willing to over look almost everything and assume it was just an off/busy day for them - but they knowingly fudged the numbers on our agreement thinking I wouldn't notice because I'm a first time buyer. When we've called to discuss they told us they had to raise the price in order to finance it for me - but if they couldn't finance it for the amount we agreed on I wouldn't have taken the car. Who is running this place? It's completely unacceptable. I'm beyond frustrated and upset. They've taken every bad thing you'd expect from a dealership and then multiplied it. Do not waste your time - go somewhere else. It is not worth the frustration. I will now have to continue to see if there's any way to get back to original offer we had agreed upon.
