2019 Buick LaCrosse
It is a pity that Buick is discontinuing the marketing of sedans in the US because the 2019 Lacrosse AWD is an extremely good car and at a very affordable price. It has many of the most current technological features, navigation system is good, voice recognition quality is excellent. The 3.6 engine is capable of delivering all the power and acceleration one could want. The Bose sound … system is at a standard I would expect to find in only the highest end luxury cars. The car has a high safety rating and handles well.
UPDATE: We have owned this car for 3 years and are completely satisfied with it. It was a dealer demonstrator, and we bought it with less than 7,000 mi on the clock. The car is very well equipped, with a handsome and well designed leather interior. GM's 3.6 l. engine is a reliable workhorse and gives the car plenty of pep. The car is very stable on the road, which is why my wife likes it so much. The car is equipped with a navigation system that functions well and various other tech amenities. The trunk is a good size, and the rear seats can be folded down flush to increase carrying space. This is probably the best Lacrosse model Buick has ever made and it is a pity that it has been discontinued in the US, although it's still sold in China. The SUVs that GM has substituted for this sedan are ungainly. My wife is the primary user of this car, but when I drive it I enjoy it and I'm generally impressed with handling and overall comfort.
Further update. We traded in this car with 47,800 mi and it performed well until we sold it. There was only one minor repair under warranty in four and a half years. We traded the car only because a very good deal arose on a slightly used Cadillac CT5. The Buick had good resale value on the trade and I am sure the dealer will have no problem selling it quickly. We were completely satisfied with that car, just decided it was time for a change.
