Great Truck!!!
Traded in a 2006 Tundra for this one. Love the huge interior and quiet ride. Everyone fits. Have the 5.7 and I easily pull a 25 ft camper with two sliders.
Better every day
I love this truck - and the more I drive it the more I like it. The nav system is great. Bluetooth for cell phone is nice. Powertrain is amazing - smooth and strong. My kids love the back seat room. Get a tube step, its a big step up without one if you're less than 6ft. MPG is poor & getting worse(13-14 mixed driving), & my friends DC 4x2 5.7 is beating me by 4mpg, which is a big mpg hit for the CM 4x4. Reading dash gauges is like looking at them thru a tube-these could be better. Gas gauge is VERY pessimistic, says I'm empty when I still have 5 gal. Reflection of clock on windshield at night. I get lots of positive comments on the truck. I don't miss my F250 Crew diesel at all.

Best truck I've ever owned - 145K and still like n
I don't normally write reviews, but I have to say that this is the best truck I've ever owned. I found a dealer demo at a time when these were hard to find at a reasonable price. Never planned to purchase a Limited TRD edition, but it's been amazing. Every other truck I have owned started having major issues at or near 100K miles. Based on that, I have been paranoid, but just had regular service and had Zero recommendations from the service center. Everything is holding up like new. Only issue is the headlight plastic fogging up that is quite normal with most vehicles this age. The 5.7L engine has been completely problem free. I have literally only changed the oil at recommended 6K mile intervals. Used synthetic for a long time, then switched to high-mileage blend when nearing 100K. I've towed a heavy boat for most of it's life with no issues. Hand's down better towing performance than a 5.4L F150 that I towed it with, previously. The only beef I have with this truck at all is with the bluetooth that will not pair with a mobile device and play music, but that was an easy fix with a $25 adapter from Amazon. Hoping for another 100K miles.

2008 Tundra Crewmax 5.7 Grade SB
Soooo happy with this purchase. Space for 3 growing boys on long trips, ease of towing large RV trailer, budget, and safety were our main criteria for this purchase. We custom ordered a Grade (which is exceptionally equipped for a base model). Love it, love it, love it! Get 16-18 MPG when not hauling, much better than the 12-14 on my last Ford F-150 Crew. Really wanted head restraints and shoulder belts in all 3 rear seats for safety. Leave it to Toyota to also provide the only front bench seat with foldable middle seat (for armrest) or passsenger seat that also has shoulder belt and head restraint.
Sweet Ride
I have the x-sp blue with grey interior and the IPS rims. I think this is the best looking truck on the market presently and maybe for the last twenty years. This truck fits the bill in all catagories when compared to Chevy, Ford or Dodge. Design and functionality are good.
