Used 2011 Toyota Sienna Consumer Reviews
Some good, some bad
We use the minivan largely for road trips with the family, dog, and gear. The good - very nice looking, quiet and comfortable. Build quality/reliability should be excellent, everything fine so far. Powerful engine, cavernous interior, very nice steering wheel! The bad - the cheap dash plastic and faux-wood trim are horrible. Climate controls are awkward, dash layout is pretty poor, radio controls hard to reach from driver seat. The front cup holders are huge-good luck using them for cups that normal size. Amazing that all these simple things are so poorly executed. The van handles like a boat-it's soft and floaty even for a minivan, Honda and Chrysler both drive better.
Good purchase overall
Being someone young without kids, the thought of a minivan haunted me at night, but after outgrowing my sequoia and the poor mpg I looked at the new sienna. After shopping multiple dealers, ended up saving 4k off sticker price. It drives VERY nice! Drives like a car yet the room of a full size suv with way better mpg. So far around 21-22 mpg combined driving. Nice interior although sunroof is a joke, only opens about 1/3 of the way. Navigation was worth the $$. Still can't believe no auto-lights in a $38k vehicle. With a bad back, I was a little disappointed with seat comfort. The heated seats help though. Besides the minivan stigma, I'm happy with my purchase.

Thrilled
This is my 4th minivan. Second Toyota and by far the best. Only thing I miss is the storage compartments in the door handles. If that's all I can complain about life is good. My children are thrilled with the larger screen and I love the Navigation System. Very pleased with the new leather interior as well. A quality looking automobile.
First Time Minivan Owner
We just purchased the new 2011 Sienna Limited FWD in Blizzard Pearl, and WOW am I impressed so far. We're going to have 3 kids under 3 yrs old here shortly. This thing is truly loaded with every feature you could think of. The ride is so smooth, quiet and effortless, and I'm LOVING all the electronics for sure. The dealership had two identical Limited's in Blizzard Pearl, so we got FWD vs. AWD. I was surprised that only FWD has auto fold 3rd row seat (better mpg too). Have received multiple compliments from carpool riders. IMO the interior materials look nice, not cheap as others have said. Just pay a few extra $$ and get the limited with all the fun options. You won't regret it.
Awesome
Love the van. Don't pay sticker. We got nearly 3k off. Feels like a Lexus. first class. Looks like the new Odyssey will beat it's fuel efficiency. If you tow things I am having a hard time finding a hitch as it is very new. Hope one gets designed by the Spring. Excellent ride and fun to drive. It does not appear that you can change dvd while driving. Looks like parking break needs to be on. I don't like that.
