Used 2011 Toyota Sienna Consumer Reviews
Falling apart.
We bought our first ever brand new vehicle in 2010. A 2011 tayota Siena. Very nice family vehicle. But my van get used everyday for about less than 1hour. It sits all day. Fisrt we keep finding littles parts falling apart. Every so often you'll find a screw or parts sitting on the floor. Never knowing where it came from. Then the back seat, when we went to pull it up. The whole handle came out. Now the whole side of the front seat by the door where the control buttons are fell apart. Cannot put it together. Went to tayota to fix it. They said it will cost us to fix both. It was not handle roughly and damage by the kids. They are teenagers and they are hardly in the van. Maybe on weekend only. I think it was poorly built and there should be a recall on these and should be fixed by tayota. Very disappointed for our first new vehicle. Expect this from used cars.

Winter experience
The first winter blast has changed my excitement to disappointment. Heating system is a crap. There are buttons, knobs and noise but no hot airflow, especially to foot area. At -18 C (0 F) it is never warm up to comfortable temperature inside. At -30 C (-22 F) it is a disaster up to safety issue. You are thinking how to survive and not how to drive. Is it safe to steer by fists? Somebody can advice to install cardboard in font of radiator. Ok, but no room, remove grill first. I still do not know is windshield defroster installed or not on my vehicle, Toyota ca says Yes, wiper blades say No. Otherwise I like this van.

Low End - Wind noise, cheap plastics
The low end model of Sienna has quite a bit of wind noise (especially when I drove more than 60 miles/hr) and the interior is very cheap looking (plastics look very cheap).

We had a 2006 Honda EXL prior to this. Before that we had 3 Chrysler vans. This is by far the best minivan we have owned! Honda steering and brakes do not measure up to this Toyota.
Toyota Grossinger
Not only is my car an amazing fit for my family and I, but it's performance is great as well. Also, when driving long distances with children it's great to be comfortable which we definitely are. I I am most grateful to the sale person at Toyota Grossing, Sargon C, without whom I wouldn't have been able to pick the best fit for us. He made my experience wonderful and easy. There were no complications and it was the best customer service I have received.
