This is my first Toyota and all I can say is this car exceeds my expectations. I regularly beat the EPA mileage and if you also want it to move fast it does just great. Tons of room and very comfortable

Have owned Honda's the past decade. Driving 26K per year, my CR-V was costing too much. Test drove the Insight but wasn't impressed. Test drove the Prius and fell in love! I've been averaging 51 mpg so far. Very quiet and smooth. Just crossing my fingers it will handle winter and snow well.

My third Prius and 2010 is by far best. Now I believe car was 90% re- engineered after driving first 100 feet. 2010 Prius drives and handles like a real car, have to drive to believe the experience...

After a three week adjustment period, I have grown to enjoy driving this car. I must say that it is vastly different from anything I have even driven before. It gets a lot of attention around town and on the highway and is quite different from any of the former generation Priuses. The styling and color (classic silver) are eye catching. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Windshield needs a better design

I love my Prius. There are two things I would improve. The first is the windshield. When I am driving into the sun. The glare off the windshield is blinding. I wear good sunglasses with 7 levels of coatings. The single visor does not provide sufficient shade. There should be a graduated dark band in the glass at the top third of the windshield to take care of this problem. Second, I think a rear backup camera in the rearview mirror should be standard for all Prius without the DVD package. Visibility is poor when backing up. The view is split by the spoiler. I tried to purchase a backup camera and mirror from Toyota, but was told it had to be ordered before purchase from the factory.
