Used 2010 Toyota Prius Consumer Reviews
More than just great gas mileage
This is my first hybrid car. I expected great mileage but an unexciting car with limited power and many compromises. Was I wrong. While power is nothing to brag about this engine responds to all driving situations. It does roar when really pushed, but in ordinary driving there is minimal engine and road noise. Comfort is decent and it feels like a bigger car than it really is. Functionality is great with the hatchback and folding rear seats. The first 3 fill ups yielded 42, 45 and 50 mpg's. I was told that mileage will improve and it has so far. The navigation system, back up camera and bluetooth are great. The Prius III does not come with homelink, but the dealer added it for us.
Maybe not for shorties
Just can't get comfortable. Back and bottom hurt after two hours, not like my former ride, a Grand Caravan, which was comfy. Has few adjustments, and I can't find a combination of seat and steering wheel positions that works for me. I am 5' 1" and 125 pounds. The console thingy is annoying, maybe because I am so far forward but otherwise can't reach the gas. So this is why it has not been so fun to drive. Averaging 47 mpg.

Great car
I've had the car since last Thursday and have about 300 miles on it. It is everything I expected and seriously, I do not understand the agenda of those who write negative reviews on the vehicle. The Prius is one of three cars I own one of which is a 5 series BMW. I have not touched any of the other cars since I got the Prius. All in all, it is a super car.
Just buy it
Just bought it 4 days ago, driven for around 250 miles..What can i say. Just buy it. Great fun car, very quite, very smooth and best of all MPG of 48+. Just love it.
This is a great car!!
I just bought a IV with Solar roof 5 days ago. Going from a Lexus ES, I considered between a Lexus IS 250 and Prius. The decision was really hard. I admitted the first day driving home from the dealer was really regretted for getting the Prius, but the more I drive it, the more I like it, now I can't wait to drive it again. It has more power than I expected, smooth drive, very cool features, apprx 220 miles now and average MPG is 40+ but I have been using a/c all the time. I got white (very hard to find) & the solar roof makes it looks really nice w/ white; I strongly recommend this veh.
