Best Overall Value
At 105,000 miles. Drives like a new car still. I keep up with maintenance and plan on keeping it to 250,000 miles.

Toyota made in USA!
I have no dislikes on this car. This is my 2nd Camry and like other reviews it has been 100% reliable. Even though it has a 4 cylinder engine, it gets out of its own way when getting on a highway. My highway mileage runs about 37-38 mpg. (Dispite my lead foot) It has almost 53k mileage and not a rattle to be heard or felt. My next car will be a Toyota...even if I hit the lottery!

Safe and reliable
We bought a 2017 Camry xse in December of 2016 and never had to have anything repaired. After 94,000 miles it was still reasonably comfortable and drove well. On 11/15/22, I was involved in a head on collision with a pickup truck and was able to walk away with only soreness and bruising. All air bags deployed and the car was totaled. I believe the car design was the reason I was able to walk away. I will certainly miss my sexy Camry, but now I’m on to a sexy highlander xse.

Front end noises
This is a good car except the front end makes alot of creaky noises when the car is moving. Not sure what that is about.
Almost perfect commuter
I have the L.E with 4 cylinder, it rides like a dream the only thing I'm not keen on is the brakes feel a little spongy and weak although it's 4 wheel disc. There's no such thing as braking too soon. The stock jack also stinks. It flexes and has a very small base. Get a floor jack with pad and keep in the trunk. If you have to change a front tire since the trans holds it with these on an auto, even if surface appears flat you might have to jack it a few times to prevent tipping even with a chock or two. I also use sport mode in a traffic jam since it shifts 1/2 around 1500 otherwise it will hang there when moving very slowly sometimes. Sport allows rpm to go higher. Many don't know it's the same engine as the Rav 4, a reliable design and good power for a car this size. It's also part time direct injected so you don't get carbon build up. Very advanced engine. The Camry has the smaller lawnmower and underpowered engine with a cvt , for the extra few thou, step up. I also like the turn signal look. You can spot one a mile away. I have never found the 4 to feel slow and get up to 42 mpg. For those considering one, imo the ,8 speeds a little too new and has too many gears resulting in constant hunting but if proven reliable over time maybe can use in sport or something. All around good comfortable reliable car.
