Piece of Toyota Junk
This car is the worst piece of junk I've ever owned...and I had an '87 Ford Escort. The check engine light is on every other week, the car began burning oil at 40K miles (after regularly changing the oil every 3 months or 3,000 miles). The car has also had a leftward pull while driving since day one. The Toyota dealers I contacted all state that this is normal! Check the internet and you'll see numerous complaints about the same leftward pull. Add to this the fact that the car is severely underpowered and handles like a go cart. What a waste. To call it a piece of junk assumes that the car has a purpose and is an insult to junk everywhere!
A very satisfied camry owner
I have owned a camry for about 4 years now. Its the most reliable, quiet, smoothe to handle car I have ever owned. The standard music system is also a pleasure to listen. Trunk is spacious, back seats are comfortable, folding the seats makes even more trunk space.

Excellent Buy
I bought this toyota as a demo model and loved everything about it from the way it drives to the gas mileage and lots of other neat features. It has never given any problems so far. Has about 30k miles on it and hoping for it go many more.
2000 Toyota Camry CE
By far the best highway driving car I've been in. Very good build quality -- no squeaks or rattles. Car feels as tight with 45,000 miles as it did when new. Smooth, smooth, smooth.
Your moneys worth
This is my second Camry. The ride is comfortable & the cabin is quiet. Road noise is very minimal. The 4 cylinder engine is surprisingly peppy. Friends/family thought it was a V6 engine. it's worth the money that is spent.
Toyota Certified Means Nothing
I recently purchased a Toyota Certified 2000 Camry. $300 worth of car trouble later, I am afraid to drive it anywhere. I can't figure out what they certifiy. I couldn't have been my car. Though the ride in more smooth then a corolla, seating in the back is still terrible.
Toyota = Quality and Reliability
Our Camry is used for a family car and has not had a single problem. Oil change, new tires and battery..that's it!
Vanilla, Reliable
Boring car, but drives forever with no maintance. I have driven this car for two years and have had no problems what so ever. All I have done is oil changes. Awesome, but boring.
My Car
I have started buying cars with and investment attitude. Quality and getting lots of mileage is a priority for me. I have enjoyed the car for the chicago area traffic. The gas mileage has been very good, and maintainance has been less then my american cars. The car insurance cost was equivalent to my american made cars. I am sold on toyotas, infact I bought a 97 corolla for my 18 yr old son for college with a 128,000 miles. We both love our cars and they seem to also have been a good investment.
TRUST ME... THIS CAR IS AWESOME!
I bought the 00 Camry a few years ago, and it hasn't EVER given me problems. The breaks get loose once in a blue moon, but ONLY when you abuse them. The camry is so much fun to drive, its safe, practicle, isn't a gas guzzler (which is GREAT to know now w/high gas prices) and its just AWESOME! really, GET THIS CAR!
