Used 2010 Toyota Avalon Sedan Consumer Reviews
This car is a gem!
The overall luxury ride and performance are superior. The engine purrs, the doors close without slamming and the whole car is precision built. Other than seasonally adjusting the tire pressure and replacing the cabin filters and brake pads, this has been a wonderfully reliable vehicle I would continue to drive, but with my driveway, decided an all-wheel drive would suit my needs more. I absolutely love this car and am sorry to see it go!
Good but not Great
Bought in March and have almost 2K miles. Great gas mileage 25 mpg around town, 28 on 285 mile trip. a little more wind noise than expected but not to bad. exterior a little bland so we added tinted windows, spoiler and it looks much better. so far we are pleased with our choice

Wind & road noise
I just bought a Toyota Avalon partially based on published reviews and was disappointed when I took it out on the open highway. What I thought was supposed to be a quiet ridding car was instead an intrusive, loud and annoying ride caused by road and wind noise. My former Chevy Impala was a much quieter automobile. You would think a higher end sedan like the Avalon would be better well insulated against the outside noise. I can't even enjoy my new stereo system because of this. I won't buy another Toyota.
