Sad looking but still fun.

Bought a Subaru Forester with 230 k miles on it. Paid only $600.00 for it. It is rather banged up, but still runs good, and is fun to drive. I will be replacing my other car, and buying a later model of these when I can.

I loved everything about it. I bought this vehicle 5 years ago an it has taken me to so many places. With very high miles, it was taken care of. Until recently 9/26/24 I was rear ended an pushed into oncoming traffic an was hit my an on coming subaru outback. I was thrown to the back of my car an my seat belt stayed buckled. Thank god!!!!. But wanted to say I will own another one in due time. I loved it.

Too many repairs

I bought my Forester new. Too many repairs needed already. New brake pads at 50,000 miles, rotors close to needing replacement. Have had to align 3 times. Expansion valve (part of AC) had to be replaced to the tune of $600. Transmission problems now x 3 cost several hundred. New tires needed around 35,000. Driver cup holder blocks view of controls. Back seats uncomfortable. Cannot fit 3 car seats on rear bench. I would not buy again.
