Used 2006 Saturn VUE Base Consumer Reviews
They finally got it right!
After driving a 2001 Ford Ranger with what seemed to be no shock absorbers causing rattled teeth and an aching back for five years, I finally had to switch to a more comfortable ride. This Saturn is the best! I tried a lot of SUV's and cars but in the end I could not go back to seating low to the road like in a car. Amonst the SUV's in this size and price range, nothing else stood out like the Saturn. Perfect size, great interior, Honda motor (reliability!), and dent resistant polymer side panels all added up to a great car.
Totally Thrilled
This SUV is so fun to drive. It has great pick up and handles great at highway speeds as well as city driving. After buying a Saturn I doubt I will want to buy anything else.

Love my VUE
I was just about ready to buy a CRV, when I saw this on the next lot over, my wife wanted to look and I'm glad we did. The v6 gots a ton of horsepower but still gets great mileage. I average around 25 mpg, and I was so relieved by the low pressure sales approach. Would definently recommend to anyone in the small SUV market
Love the view from the VUE
I have owned Hondas for the past 15 years, and thought I would purchase another. Drove the CR-V, but it felt cheap and sluggish. I had the VUE on my mind after having one as a rental while on vacation in October- there was nothing about that VUE that I hadn't liked- so after spending hours at Honda, I went to Saturn to drive the newly restyled VUE,and bought it as soon as I drove it. I'm thrilled with my choice, and confused as to why critics say that it's cheaply made. It feels very solid and looks great. It's a pleasure to drive, seats are comfortable and adjust easily- providing a great view of the road- and it's easy to get in and out of. A wonderful vehicle and an excellent value.
Saturn V6 has get up and go
The Saturn V6 has plenty of power and stil gets decent gas mileage. The interior is classy and the OnStar is great. Nice to have hands free phone use while driving. Only complaint, upgrade seats. They could be a little more comfortable, and need to wrap around you more like a bucket seat.
