Used 2004 Saturn ION Sedan Consumer Reviews
Saturn ion
The new ion is not only has a cute exterior, but the interior design is very driver friendly. The car performs well and "feels" safe when you are driving. After driving Fords for the past 10 years, this is a very nice change.
Good Commuter Car
Bought for my 68 mile a day commute to work. Great gas mileage, fill it up once a week. Good reliability, bought with just over 48,000 miles on it and had to change the bushings (Which i knew when I bought it) havent had to fix anything until about 90,000 miles when I replaced the rear shocks and new tires and brake pads. Cost about $450 bucks. Is all paid for and will run it into the ground. I love the 2.2 liter Ecotech engine. The center console where the gauges are is awesome. It has served its purpose admirably. Not a great car for a family cause there is little leg room in the back but as a commuter car I couldnt have asked for anything better for the money.
Saturn ION 1
This car has alot of pep. It handles surprisingly well on wet roads, and so far has gone great on a small amount of snow. I drive this car about five hours a day on my courier job, and have experienced only a little fatigue from the so-called "flat" seats. The buying experience at the dealer was refreshing. I can honestly say that I not only love driving my Saturn, but also love to look at it. It looks very modern and fresh, especially in the silver nickel color. For a cheap, economical car, I think it's a great deal.
4 x Saturn Buyer
I love owning a Saturn and this is my 4th. I went from leasing a 2001 L200 to buying a fully loaded 2004 ION3 (leather, sunroof, 6-CD changer, alloy wheels, etc). Got a great deal with NO HAGGLE and no game playing. The ride is great, fast and tight. Driving 60mph feels like 30mph (it's so fast it can get away from you). Great mileage- 32/27. It's a keeper. :o)
