The 2022 Rolls-Royce Phantom is offered in two variants: the standard Phantom and the extended wheelbase (EWB). Both are powered by a turbocharged 6.75-liter V12 engine (563 horsepower and 664 lb-ft of torque). An eight-speed transmission sends power to the rear wheels.
Which 2022 Phantom trim does Edmunds recommend?
Unlike most vehicles, the Phantom doesn't have trim levels. Instead, you have a choice of lengths: standard wheelbase and extended wheelbase (EWB). If you plan on driving your Phantom, then the extra rear legroom and cost of the EWB model might not be worth it. But if you plan on being chauffeured around, the EWB is a must for the added rear legroom. Either way, if you're buying a vehicle of that size and expense, we recommend getting the EWB model to get the most the Phantom has to offer.
