Used 1993 Nissan NX Consumer Reviews
NX2000 was a Superb Product
I bought my Nissan NX2000 in 1992. There weren't a lot of options, but it was a "Pocket Rocket" up to the day someone pulled out in front of my son and totaled it. It still ran almost 130 mph, passes the Illinois hydrocarbon test with flying colors, got 32 mpg, did 0-60 under 8 seconds and handled great. That car was never in the shop for anything but routines, I changed the oil every 5000 miles, and the finish on the paint was great, still shined up nice...not a rust spot.
Awesome little car!!!
I just got this car from my sis-in- law. It has 160,000 miles on it and is still in great shape. I love to drive it. It is so much fun with the t-tops off and 30 miles to the gallon is just the ticket. I actually told my husband he can have the 2008 Camry cause I LOVE driving this one a lot more!
My Yellow T Top
Bought the Ttop on sight in '92 as a true sports (not muscle) car and discovered it was also a practical hatch back that let me carry almost anything up to 8 ft in length and three feet wide. MPG 30 in town driving. Speed adequate. Low engine noise in 5th gear from 35mph to XX mph. Handles great, parks great, feels great. Lots of fun. I am replacing it piece by piece. There is nothing even close now being built.
Good little car
I've had my car for two years and it's got 157,000 miles on it. I have had to replace a lot of things with this car. Only on the body, though...never anything dealing with the engine. It starts up great all the time!
pocket rocket
I've only own this car for a few months but i can help having a stupid grin on my face when i get out of it, I love the car its very reliable it just made it quater mill in mileage but it runs as if it was bought last week, the legendary SR20de engine is a perfect match for this car great on gas even with my lead foot on it just hard to find aftermarket parts for it. 3 words: "not selling it." when people ask what kinda car is it they ask whats that? i hope i can give it to my kids.
