I bought my 2018 Nissan Kicks in 9/2018. I have very low mileage on it, yet they called me in for a service (2,000 miles). I spent 2 hours at the dealership waiting, and was told that all they did was re-set the computer to go off every 5k miles. I wasted 2 hours on a weekend for NOTHING! Several days after I was there, they started emailing me that I needed to come in, apparently not knowing that I had been there days earlier, and they had done nothing. Now, warning sensor lights are coming on saying that the key ignition system has a problem, and to see the dealer. I called them, and was told 3-4 hours for them to troubleshoot it. The car has less than 3000 miles on it in 6-months. The sales process was stressful, and they screwed us on our trade in, so I would not go back to Nissani Brothers in Culver City, California if I was buying another car. Now, I have to spend a full Saturday down at the dealership for them to troubleshoot the key entry warning light issue. I am hoping that the car will not stop running before I can get to the dealership. The mileage is great, the car is zippy and smooth riding, and the stereo is good, although no CD player, which was disappointing. I would recommend going to a dealer that you are referred to, with good service reps. I think Nissani brothers is trying to be all things to all people, and it's not working well. Update 3/2020. Have been to the Nissani Bros. Again for service. They didnt close the hood, or check the tire pressure causing more stress and trauma for me. When I called to complain, they blew me off again. I do like the car, the MPG is outstanding, but the radar for auto braking NEVER works. And its distracting because the beeping tells me everytime I drive it that it doesn't work. There is also a recall for the camera system that means a whole day at a dealer, and I dont have a reputable dealer near me. I wouldn't buy the car again simply because of lack of a reputable dealer being near me.

Got the 2018 Kicks SV for our 20-year-old daughter away at college in white color when her Audi A4 was flooded. Its attractive, sporty exterior is eye-catching. The compact size is small enough for her to zip around town as well as for long commutes home, yet strong and comfortable to get through the bumps and hazards of the road. Handling and acceleration is pretty good for a car this size. The trunk space is fabulous, and a must for college students since they move around often. She can haul stuff to and from home, and i have the peace of mind knowing she's got a durable, dependable vehicle with lots of safety features while she's away from home. The blindspot warning is a great perk that i wish would be standard across all Nissan vehicles. Best of all, it's an excellent buy for the money. I have great satisfaction knowing this car will last her through her twenties, from college to career. 1year update: kiddo still loves the car. She gets great mileage, lots of trunk space & a sporty vehicle. Drives like a champ!

It has a high profile v rated tires. $150 a pop. Little highway the time of replacement.

I drive for my job, and the Beemer....well🤔 any who. I did my research and went for a Rouge, but when I seen the Kicks...it was the one. I wanted fuel economy, style, and reliability, and Nissan is good for that, but they really looked out for the customer on this newly revamped Juke. Good job El Cajon Mossy....this turned out to be a great choice. Thank you!

I LOVE THIS CAR! It is my first Nissan (50 years old and I've always owned Chevys), and my first lease. It has ALL the bells & whistels.... I get so many compliments on the style & color (Cayenne). And for driving it is so fun. It doesn't accelerate fast but it gets me buzzing around town in style. The only hassle I had was the sound system when I first bought it. There was a problem and Nissan kept telling me they didn't know what it was because it was a new model. But now it jams, and I will be very sad to turn it in after my lease is up. But, I think I'll BUY a new one then! :)
