Intermittent key sensing issues
After 4 years of ownership, the car drives well and everything is great...when it actually wants to open. We would use either keys and press the unlock. The doors do no unlock. We try keyless go and no unlock. It's as if the car does not sense the keys being near the car. We have been through multiple rounds of switching out the keyless go unit, the keyless go door handles, and several other bits. The car has gone into the dealership and independent shops multiple times, and the issue still persists. No one seems to have an idea of what is happening. Sometimes, they tell us that they can't replicate the issues. We have swapped out batteries on both keys multiple times and change out the car's battery twice. The only way to open the door is using the actual key, but doing so would set off the alarm on the car. We are at our wits' end.

NICE BUT NOT THAT NICE
The worst thing about the GLC, you need to use premium fuel. The maintenance program is very expensive and parts are also expensive. Basically this is not the car for the average person
