A comfy ride with creaky technology
Very impressive interior with a fabulous comfortable seat. The technology is not intuitive & is old
Comfortable and efficient
Although I have always enjoyed Mercedes, starting with a 1970 280SE, this is my wife's first. I convinced her to test drive one on a visit to our dealership, she immediately felling love with it. Any thought of Infinity, her prior choices, was set aside. The GLC has proven to very comfortable, easy to drive, and very fuel efficient (28 mpg average). Our dealership has great staff, reasonable prices, and excellent maintenance services and support. So pleased with my wife's GLC I decided to purchase my own 2020 model. It is even quieter than hers, and MBUS being included as a standard feature is most welcome. A sensor was malfunctioning and drained the battery, replacements covered under warranty. Dealer provided loaner ensured minimal disruption.
