Think twice
This suv down not get good gas mileage as advertised. The seats are her uncomfortable. The technology, specifically the display of radio, navigation and other options on the display are too confusing and not easy to navigate when driving. If your door is left open and you try to open and shut while the car is on park, the car slams itself into park mode. Not worth the money. My car was retailed at 52k. Never again!

Squealing Brakes and bad tires
Purchased my 2017 GLC300W4 SUV in January of 2017 from day 2 the front brakes squealed horribly and it to them almost 2 years to fix them. It was in the shop for a week at a time with them trying to figure it out. While it was there for the brakes they did do the numerous recall service while it was sitting there. Last time it was in and they finally fixed brakes they call me and let me know after a week that it’s fixed but at 17,000 miles I need new tires. Needless to say this was my first and last Mercedes-Benz. Manufacturer no help at all dealer not much help either.

Purchased new have over 50k
There have been not out of the ordinary repairs or issues with the GLC 43. It is still an attractive, fun to drive vehicle almost 4 years later. The dealership experience has been great, they have assisted beyond expectations. We have over 50k have had winter and summer tires we are however still going on both sets of original tires. I do not have any complaints on the car, when looking at the competitors even after owning this I am still confident the right choice was made.
