Used 2020 Mazda CX-30 SUV Consumer Reviews
problems with computer and more problems....
the cx 30 does not like cold weather.it refuses to start there are other issues with wipers coming on and other odd computer problems too many to explain. the dealer can't find out what is wrong with it.This is getting to be a problem.I want to take the car back and get something else. This is the second winter with these problems.
New Mazda CX-30
Took it for a short ride from the dealer, both me and my wife. I though it was pretty good especially for the value - my wife loved it!

Great
Overall great. Purchased the base package and it had everything I needed and then some. Only disappointment was that the stereo is not equipped for SiriusXM radio.
Big time buyer’s remorse
My wife and I were looking for a compact suv and ended up trying a CX-30 Select. We were impressed and went back to the dealership and closed a deal on a red CX-30 with the Preferred package. We left for home and almost immediately noticed the ride was pretty stiff. Also the throttle was pretty sensitive at lower speeds and the transmission seemed to downshift almost too quickly and 2 gears unnecessarily. Finally for whatever reason neither of us noticed how difficult it was to enter the vehicle due to low windshield pillar. We have never experienced such buyer’s remorse with any of our previous vehicles and decide the next morning to contact the dealer to see if we could return the vehicle. Our trade-in was still at the dealership and to their credit the whole deal was nullified. Such a relief! (I think part of the reason this particular CX-30 rode so harshly was because of the tires. They were Bridgestone Turanza el400 and the reviews for them are not good). The steering was not the greatest either and the tires probably were the cause. Mazda’s are known for sharp steering response but this one didn’t measure up. Can’t give this CX-30 a very high rating although the first one we tested was certainly better.
