White Mazda 3s 5 door

Bought my Mazda3 5 door after I got into a major highway accident. Forced into shopping for a new car in 3 days but luckily my wife already owned a 3 4 door. Very good car for the price and size. Excellent fit and finish, build quality and ergonomics. A bit snug for me in the drivers seat since I am 6'2", 210 but very good commuter and short distance car. Put over 9,000 miles on it and it is performing well with no complaints. Shows all the other manufacturers how to design and execute a top quality car instead of the junk they try to pass off on consumers. Well done, Mazda!

When I was test driving cars I had never even heard about the Mazda 3. Friend mentioned it, I was trying to be very opened minded when looking for a car. I tested it and fell in love. I love all of the features and price range. My friend has a 2003 Acura TL type S and there were features mine had that he wish his had. Power is good. Good gas milages for the size of the car. I LOVE this car.

Fun, reliable little car that looks good and scores outstanding fuel economy. For the first 1552.5 miles, I've used 49.19 gallons for an average 31.56 mpg. 6-disc changer, power moonroof, comfortable interior and civilized conveniences make this agile little pet an outstanding compromise of affordability and comfort. It's the perfect commuter, and value-priced.

I've had the car for close to a year now. Yesterday was my 5th or 6th check engine light. If it is anything like the others it will be a problem with the evap system. The gas mileage isn't as good as I had expected. I am averaging 23mpg and on a good tank 25mpg. These issues have been disappointing. That being said, I really like this car. It is fun to drive. In the first few months I would volunteer to go to the store for my wife. We have even had races to get into the driver's seat first. The red sparkles at the right angle. It has muscular contours, very attractive. I have looked at "luxury" cars and don't feel like I am missing anything, especially my money. This car wants to be driven.

this was my first car and i did a lot of research before deciding on the mazda3. i was on a budget and mazda ofered the most for the money, including reliability. it has more passenger seating room than any car in it's class. The transmission is very smooth and the independant suspension takes the bumps out of many roads. test drive the mazda3 and you won't want to buy any other compact sedan.

Just got my 3 sport GT with every options except leather, awesome in every points except the ride is a bit stiff to me. I had saturn, vw and Gmc and by far, even if it is the cheapest car i ever bought it is the better. All the wipers thing is very well designed, as well as all the buttons on the steering, to be short, every feature is amazing except the stiff ride and tiptronic transmission which is not as sporty as i would have think.

I considered a civic but this car is better looking inside and out. It's got more power and designed better and I paid a thousand less. Its got a lot of little features that most cars at this price wouldn't dream of. I am averageing 33mpg and have gotten 38mpg on a trip. The car is tight and handles great. It also has plenty of room for its size.

I had $100 down on a Corolla, drove the 3i automatic and went home with the demo. This car gets sweeter by the day. A very nice blend of gas mileage and performance. It is not a really fast car, but it doesn't seem to matter. 32 mpg in rural driving. I go for rides in this thing, something I haven't done in years. Poor AC. Maybe I am nuts, but sometimes this car feels much faster than at other times. Not much dickering on price going on.

The first time you look at the mazda 3, your mind can hardly believe that this is an economy vehicle. It has none of the woes of an econobox but has the pricing of one. The shifting is smooth and precise and the throws are short. The engine noise is also noticeably more quiet than the previous protege's. The features are unbelievable for a car of this price range. With available xenon and dvd navigation, mazda 3 owners can have what they've only dreamed possible in a luxury vehicle. While the loaded price of this vehicle is a hefty, $23,075 (MSRP fully loaded 3s Sedan Automatic), the vehicle starts at $14,200 (MSRP 3i model).

The smooth, quiet 2.3l engine along with almost no road noise is amazing in this class car. The interior quality and design belongs in a far more expensive car. The 3 is much faster than it feels like. You look at the speedometer and your 20 mph over the speed limit. First gear (automatic) with your foot down just a little and your gone. Wonderful handling car.

I traded in a 1989 323 with 125K miles for the new Mazda 3. The 323 still ran great but my wife was feeling insecure in such an old car. The Mazda 3 (Velocity Red Mica) is styled beautifully in and out. There is plenty of power with good acceleration. The ride is firm with excellent handling and braking. The AT can be shifted like a manual transmission. It's loaded with upgraded luxury and safety features. It looks and feels like a much more expensive European car. I hope it is as realible and long lived as my '89 323. So far, I'm very pleased with this car!

Pros: Turns great, decent mileage, comfortable (front seats), looks really nice, roomy trunk space, and better than average performance. Cons: Lights keep coming on in front panel, no parts available for this car-- cracked windshield could only be replaced at dealership with original part costing $$$$, one tire blew and the tire can only be changed at dealership (no place has it but factory), to sit comfortable in the front leaves very little space for back seats, very tight ride--not so smooth, and last.. the horn is horrible.

Used to have a BMW 328iS. This car drives smoother, shifts faster (thanks to the short throw), rides softer (while still having sporty handling), and even accelerates faster. Mazda really stepped up the interior materials. This car is the best deal out there. Nobody delivers a better overall package for the price. I've been looking for the sporty car that has four doors and is baby-friendly!

This is my first new vehicle purchase and I have to say that I am VERY impressed overall. I love the body styling, the 17" alloy wheels, and the abundance of options you can choose from to customize your car! The handling and agility the car provides is incredible for this price range. The engine has a definite refinement about it that I did not feel in the Corolla, or Civic. Interior space is nicely appointed and can fit four comfortably. It feels large. The hatchback also provides ample room for cargo when the rear seats are folded down. Ergonomically the interior beats the competition hands down. My only complaint, gas mielage is lower than anticipated.

I have a 91 Miata that has only had regular maintanance nothing else has gone wrong. Wish I could say that about my two chrysler minivans. So buying my kids two safe high quality cars that will last them all the way through collage with out any worries on my part was a no brainer. Plus all of mazda's are preformance oriented like myself. Why buy my kids two 2004 Honda's (boring - boring) reliable & economical when they can have (zoom - zoom) reliable & economical. If your car is fun to drive your much more likely to be alert and paying attention to where and what your doing. It has a good crash rating if they do make a mistake.

Great audio system, seating and comfort. I researched cars for two months before getting the 3i. Every other car I did test drives on was okay, the 3i was an immeadiate differnce where you felt like you were in something special. People can't believe this much car for so little money.

I love the quality of this car especially for the price. The feel is also sports car like, smooth shifting man-mode. The stereo is out of this world for such an entry level sedan. I chose the six speaker system w the 16" wheel package. I also chose the fog lamps, which they complete the look for this Velocity Red Mica sedan. The paint has a lot of metallic gold flakes in the paint, nice touch when the sun is out.

I just replaced my 2000 Hyundai Accent 4-Door with the new 2004 Mazda 3i 4- Door. I chose the Velocity Red with Black Cloth, loaded with features and 4- Speed tiptronic. Even with all of the features, my sticker was $18,030. One of my co-workers said it looks like a small BMW! I drive about 35 miles each way to work, and this car is comfortable- even for me at 6'3" plenty of legroom up front and just enough headroom- even with the sunroof! I highly recommend this car - I just hope you don't start seeing them all over the road so I can still stand out like I do now!

I've had my 3 for 3 and I'm still in love. It's one of the most fun cars I've ever driven, definitely an enthusiat's car. Remember, at it's heart it's an economy car, so don't expect ferrari like performance, but it's soul is definitely zoom, zoom. Handling is great, it's got plenty of power. Ergonomically it's great, all controls within easy reach. Shifter has a nice short throw, clutch is smooth and weighted just right. ABS is responsive. Interior is roomy, backseats too. Cargo aplenty and versitile. Love the giant glove compartment. For the money, I don't think you can get anything better. And it looks great too, inside and out!

5-spd is smooth & fun to flick through the gears. Motor has a sweet spot at 4,000 RPM. I love to rev this baby! It begs to be pushed! Seats are firm and comfortable. I found myself blasting off a country road & onto a highway, changing lanes, and almost planting my front end into a police cruiser. This car is going to get me into trouble. I drove a bonneville before this. I felt age 55. Mazda3 makes me feel 25 (I'm somewhere in between). Big improvement from the Protege (loud, buzzy & underpowered). Mazda3 looks great from almost all angles. This car cuts corners like a henkel carving knife. Fantastic BMW- like driving experience!

I keep thinking it stalled at the stoplight. (oh wait that was my last car! :-) I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a fun, zippy, cute ride! The styling, the interior, and all of the standard features! I traded in my 2002 PR5 without a second thought. After one test drive I had already made up my mind! The car is so great in the styling department...It's almost like BMW and a Benz got together and produced the new Mazda 3. Excellent build quality and materials. To drive it, is to love it!

It is 2004 and would it be too much to ask for a compact that doesn't wimp out. Finally it was Mazda that delivered. I just got the Mazda 3s hatchback in Velocity Red with Black-Red Cloth interior, Auto, ABS/SBS, Moonroof/6-CD package. All for $500 over invoice. I bought it primarily as a commute car for myself and my little daughter. She absolutely loves it too. I suggest this as a great little runabout around town in style and comfort without looking/feeling like a harrier mom.

I have nothing but praise about my mazda 6. It's a great looking car and is really fun to drive. You get alot for the price. An excellent value.
