Do not buy this car! Nothing but issues!
I purchased this car in January of 2019. I was hesitant that it was the first model year of the car, but the dealership assured me that it was just an MKX with a different body. 6 weeks after owning the vehicle, the instrument panel went out when I was 50 miles from home. Had it towed to the dealership. They couldn’t find the problem. The panel continued to go out, and Lincoln concierge was able to find me a dealership that could repair it. This was an 8 week process. Fast forward to November of 2019. I was on a trip about 150 miles away, the car just shuts down in the middle of the interstate. It just stopped accelerating. I was able to get on the side of the road, called roadside, and was told that I could either go to auto zone to get it checked or leave it at a dealership to the closest city I was in. How would I get home? How would I get the vehicle back? It restarted 30 minutes later, so I decided to continue on. It died 3 more times. It restarted. But once it died in a construction zone with no pull off and I truly feel lucky to be alive after that experience. Finally get back, take it to the dealership, the dealership has it for 2 weeks and tells me I have nothing to worry about. On December 28, it died while driving for the 4th time. It would not restart this time. It took Lincoln roadside 6 hours to get a tow truck to the vehicle. 11 days later, I still don’t have an update on the vehicle. I also don’t have a loaner vehicle. Where is the service that you are sold when you buy a Lincoln? They want me to pay $65,000 for one of their vehicles and then they want me to pay more for a rental car because they produced a faulty vehicle?! This car is not safe! It is scary! I only have 30,000 miles on it and bought it brand new.

Wish I could give negative stars!
I’m disgusted with this vehicle! Cheap interior parts. Seat system doesn’t work. Screen system just stopped working. Now I got a power train failure alert Lincoln needs to buy this piece of trash back now!

Lincoln Nautilus: Worst new car among 25 I’ve had
2.7 L, AWD, Reserve 1. Extremely retarded engine timing: Been back to Sesi Lincoln many times, but no fix. When I step on the accelerator, no response, then it surges. The transmission slams to engage. Very hard to finese your stop and go drive. Unsafe, hard to control. 2. Navigation is completely unreliable. Erroneous directions, compared to Google maps. It generates totally unknown addresses as “destination”. It has led me astray many times. Sesi has tried to fix but still bad. 3. Vibrations at highway speeds: The dealer, Sesi, tried to tell me “It’s within spec.” I downloaded a vibration analyzer on my cell phone and showed them how BAD it is. Finally, they replaced the tires. Vibration gone.
