Unfathomable dash with unhelpful manual .
Design flaws such as miniature buttons replacing normal sized door handles and a gearshift pattern that is dangerously complex with dashboard complexities that are still not mastered after months of ownership and a reliance on cell phone phones to access GPS with an owners manual that is esoteric to the nth degree make this the most disappointing vehicle that I have ever owned .
Great vehicle
Love it!

Not a lexus that used to be
I've been a long lexus customer. Just purchased 25 rx350h and traded rx450h. Rx350h is a good car, fuel efficient but very loud with low performance. I test drove regular rx and it sounds like regular toyota camry for 65000 dollars. Will be my last lexus. Shey should of kept v6 or atleast make car that does not sound like under performed. Sorry lexus but you are getting expensive and cant compete with benz or any other luxury manufactures

Lexus 500h a beast!
Great acceleration and handling with acceptable gas milage. Power rear wheel steering.
Nice car
It is a nice car for conservative person who does not wish to be harr ass ed by the fuzzzzz. Ride is better than the Acura I had before this. It is really quiet. I have to check the dash to see if the engine is running. I does make me furious that I had to spend $500.00 to have mud guards. They should have been standard on the car.

Loving My Second Lexus!!!
The first Lexus I purchased was a 2020 UX250h and have loved it! I don’t think I will ever purchase anything but a hybrid moving forward. I ordered my 2025 RX 350h in March and it came in early May. I told my salesman that I wanted everything on it (I couldn’t find an RX that had everything that I wanted and this time I wasn’t settling). Thrilled that I went with my gut to order what I wanted and not just settle. My RX drives like a dream, no road noise in the cabin. Stereo system is incredible and I am learning all the features (it’s only been a week, give a gal some time)! It’s so comfortable and I am in love with my Peppercorn interior, which you can only get on the luxury trim. Wheels are gorgeous, great tires, rides so smooth. I commute to work each day; 45 minutes. It sure makes me happy to enjoy time with my new car. Mine’s also AWD! #LexusRX350h

Power Walket
I’m driving my 4th RX 350 which is an indication of my satisfaction with the vehicle.
Lovely Lexus Luxury!
I love my 2024 RX350. It is a most comfortable- and responsive- ride! I've only had it two weeks however I no longer have lower back pain from less supportive car seats. I hope to enjoy this vehicle for years to come!
Fantastic vehicle.
I never thought that Lexus needed to or could make any improvements from the 2020 RX to the 2024 RX, but somehow they did. Well done - Lexus.

Lexus RX 450H+ AWD Luxury
Have only had it for a week. Comfortable yet I am used to driving the Ram Laramie-- alot more space. The Lexus is very quiet when driving- well insulated to the road. My wife drives it around town on errands so it runs primarily on the battery. Convenient to charge in a 110 volt outlet- no 220 wiring as of yet. Very little gas usage. My wife is happy with it so that is what matters.
