Fine for my wife, but not so much for me.

We got the 2021 NX 300 Sport for my wife. She is 5.1" tall and absolutely loves this car. She gave me the 2020 Toyota Highlander we bought her the year before because she felt it was just a bit big for her. Now having driven both cars, to me the Highlander is more comfortable because I am 6.O Ft tall and I feel cramped in the 300. The sporty ride is not as smooth as the Highlander, and jostles me around in the cabin. Rear compartment is a bit small, but works for small purchases at the grocery store. As stated above, my wife really likes the car, but for someone my size, I would consider other choices.

It’s a great car. Super comfortable, fast enough, great functionality, terrible value hold. Can’t believe how it went well below the residual value. But Don’t forget it’s a Toyota and will be a lot of rattling noises from everywhere. Service was fine, terrible Lexus dealership experience at the end of lease. Stay away from Tustin and other OC dealers. Lexus USA has a terrible customer service and brand team as well. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BRAND IN THE US.

Just bought a used NX with 23k. I disagree with the review and find it very fun to drive. The F-sport is sporty and sharp. I do agree that the touchpad is clunky to use. And I was surprised that the power back hatch wasn’t a standard feature. But over all I am pleased.
